'NotebookHarborWay started with an aspiration: to offer the authentic taste of Neapolitan pizza in Roma. The venture was initiated by the Bianchi household in 1985, beginning as a cozy family joint with age-old recipes passed down the lineage.
Our founder, Marco Bianchi, mastered the craft of pizza creation on her explorations across Italy, learning from esteemed pizzaiolos in Naples, the cradle of pizza. Back in the UK, her mission was to replicate that unique Italian pizza magic, employing age-old techniques and premium ingredients.
Our initial small pizzeria, with just twelve seats, has evolved into an adored local fixture, yet our dedication to excellence and genuine practice hasn't changed. We persist in baking with traditional wood-fired ovens, preparing our dough from scratch daily, and seeking out the best ingredients available.
Today, 'NotebookHarborWay is still family-managed, with the Bianchi lineage's new generation at the helm, leading our devoted crew. Though we've integrated certain contemporary approaches, the essence of our business—fostering delightful, authentic pizza experiences that unite—remains steadfast.
